About me
I am a Social Worker in private practice. I specialise in trauma work whether it be relational, single event or complex trauma, integrating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), Somatic work and IFS (Internal Family Systems), three different modalities which I strongly believe to enable healing in the individual. I aim to attune to my client and find what resonates uniquely for her, integrating modalities where appropriate.
I am particularly passionate about IFS. I am a certified IFS Therapist and Consultant/Supervisor. In my spare time I work as a programme assistant/facilitator on international IFS trainings which I particularly enjoy because I am able to connect with people from diverse walks of life, from all over the world. I believe in empowering my clients with psychoeducation and guiding them to reconnect with themselves and heal their attachment wounds. I firmly believe that everyone has the tools they need within them to heal.
Qualifications
Originally trained in the UK as a primary school teacher (PGCE). I hold a Masters in Social Work and a post Masters training in Family Therapy from the Neve Family Institute in Israel. I also have a Masters in Spanish.
